Often the most difficult part of understanding the health and social support needs of a community is finding, acquiring, and manipulating the disparate datasets that could be used to help with that. This HealthLandscape webinar will demonstrate our experience pulling those data together, using the data for community health needs assessments, impact analyses, and building online tools to better understand needs in small areas (county and smaller). We will highlight the pitfalls, lessons learned, and analytic tools we have built with the large library of data we have amassed over the years.
